SHIPPING POLICY
Jovial collections ships its products to almost all parts of India and abroad. Most orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. However, for selected products, shipping might be delayed due to customization or other specific requirements. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 4 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
Delivery Timelines
Domestic Orders (within India): Products are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipping.
International Orders: Products are typically delivered within 7 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Customized Orders: Customized orders are typically dispatched within 4 to 5 days which is in addition to the delivery period mentioned above.
At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Jovial collections is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Jovial collections continuously tries to nought such instances.
Also, Jovial collections reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
return POLICY
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

We request you to kindly inform us within 24 hours of the delivery about the return and share the issue. Any information after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained

Before handing over the product to the courier executive please pack the product securely and click a photograph of all the items placed inside the packet for return

Kindly select a reputable courier company as customer will be responsible for the product reaching us.

We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks after these checks we will initiate the refund.

Multiple refunds are not accepted.

Unboxing parcel video is required incase of damaged or wrong item received.

Issue must be clear in the video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of the delivery.

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned

Small issues like thread come out removable stains or spots , open stitching are not considered in damage.

Orders once placed can not be cancelled for any reason

refund POLICY
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria, Jovial collections will initiate the refund within 24–48 hours.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method (or source account).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
